They don't know or don't have a pretty good idea. I don't believe one of the toniest neighborhoods in the country and most important politically was not surveilled at that critical period or most periods. I don't believe it was random, or rogue.

That leaves, in my admittedly crude and simplistic mind, very big fish or people connected to them, or people who cannot presently be charged for some reason.

I'm sure there's a time stamp on it. Check the phones of all the idiots to see if they got a text at that time. Even if they used a burner phone, you can find the cell tower that phone used, And if its near the places where the bombs were found, well you can see where this can open up a lot of things.

Last time I checked, the feds were still soliciting tips on the pipe bomber, despite all kinds of surveillance tapes.

I think they know, but have to build a 300% airtight case where this is so high-profile, and have been doing whatever it takes to build that case.

Projection is almost infallible. If he's claiming the FBI did it, then someone must have "word" that they are closing in.
