GA rules state that you must break the 50% barrier on Election Day in order to avoid a runoff. So what do you think happens on November 8th in GA? There is a Libertarian candidate running (among other minor candidates).

(14,302 posts)which is why that one went to a runoff. If Warnock doesn't get a 2-3 point advantage over Walker I would expect a runoff again this time.

(18,365 posts)I clicked the third option. I think it goes into a runoff, which Warnock will win. I'm ok with that, but it will cost money.

(24 posts)he will only need a few more extra votes to complete the 50%.
Polybius
(18,365 posts)However, he's under 50% and the Libertarian is pulling about 4%. I see a 90% chance for a runoff. I am not worried though, I think Warnock wins in December.

(10,775 posts)With something close to 50.1% of the vote.
So maybe 47% for Walker, and 2.9% for the Libertarian? Could be.

(18,365 posts)I personally think that helps us in December.
