(7,794 posts)on his shirt collar. Hardly anyone remarks about his peculiar "baby breath". Even fewer claim to have actually seen Tucker "tuck in", as it were. No. The rumors that Tucker indiscrimanately kills and eats pre-toddlers has never reached the general public. It remains a mystery where this unproven gossip even comes from so I'll never speak of it.

(16,273 posts)It's missing the first paragraph. Also, that one is posted in r/copypasta, which makes me think it's not an orginal. Could still be older than the one I posted, though.
On edit:
The post from psmylie is more than 6 hours older than the r/copypasta copy.

(24,987 posts)...which is SUSPICIOUS in and of itself! I think this needs to be looked at because *many people are CONCERNED* that they might have eaten babies in the past.... And until we whave PROOF that they haven't eaten babies, that suspicion will just fester.

(60,847 posts)He had been losing sponsors for years, and that's where the money really comes from, not eyes on the screen.
When the My Pillow Guy is your major sponsor, maybe you don't carry that much clout with the boss.

He's worth an estimated $400 million.
Pretty sickening.

TwilightZone
(28,834 posts)There's more than just advertising dollars from his show. There's merchandising, his value to shareholders, his value when negotiating media and cable deals, etc.
His show alone provided $77 million in ad revenue last year.

(6,618 posts)I love this quote from the article:
However, some media industry analysts downplayed the potential damage since the company has overcome previous departures of high-profile hosts and the move offers an opportunity for the 8 p.m. show to draw corporate advertisers alienated by Carlson's controversial programming, experts said.
So they will find someone just as much an asshole but with a few less lies, maybe. Then all will be well. As far as the ad revenue goes, it pales in comparison to what they are paying out in lawsuits.

(47,122 posts)but woke liberals would probably prefer abortion choice since they don't eat babies like cannibals do, not that anyone is saying GOP is full of baby eating cannibals. No one is saying that baby eating cannibals exist. But it is something to be concerned about this election, very concerned. Just in case.

(2,174 posts)I heard his housekeeper is not allowed into a cellar room in his house. She had inadvertently wondered into the room and it was decorated with crates of tomato sauce and bags of flour.
She said it was, Creepy, like he was trying to make it look like a pizza parlors basement. I really got a strange vibe in there.
