(2,931 posts)it would be so fun to hear him testify, but about 5 minutes versus smith and crew he and don two scoops would be in much worse legal shape then they are now.

I think some of the defense will come from putting people on the stand to tear down the testimony of a Cassidy Hutchinson or, say, Mark Meadows. Maybe call forth those low-level flunkies. Or ex-boyfriends of Hutchinson. Or whoever knows Meadows well enough to stab him good in the back.
The defense will be nitpicking about acquisition of evidence, and neutralizing the testimony of prosecution witnesses. They don't have much else in their arsenal.
