Pardons are harder to come by. They are handled by a non partisan panel in GA.

is that the baseline criteria for the pardon is having finished serving your sentence.

I think the law says they must serve at least 5 years of their sentence. Works for me.

If it is, you'll hear whooping and hollering from South Carolina the likes of which you would have never have thought possible from a state this small and red. We've all got different reasons, but we all hate Lindsey down here.
