The insurgents masquerading as a political party called "republicans" didn't come to Washington to govern. They came to occupy seats, do nothing, and break the government.
Scrabble's not a word game. It's a "math punk" game. Once I realized this, my wins went through the roof. I started ruining my opponent's big plays by blocking all the double- and triple-word scores with whatever stupid word I could play.
The same goes for pool - don't make the shots. BLOCK THE POCKETS.
The Dems made a huge strategic error today. We are headed straight toward a dictatorship in North America.

(36,424 posts)To escape the clutches of the extremists, while the public watches and sees how inept and evil they are. If Pelosi thinks Dems should let the Repubs spin their wheels, thats good enough for me. A better strategist never lived.

The best solution is about 8 Rethugs to leave the GOP and vote with the Dems and let a party that knows how to govern take charge.
The GOP is not a legitimate political party anymore - why play like it is?

(9,882 posts)If a person's strategy is just to block the pockets, then all that really is doing is to make sure that everyone thinks that person is an ahole, and ensuring that no one will play that person.
