Vote "NO" on Amendments to Expand Domestic Surveillance and Enact Patriot Act 2.0

There are many fighting to protect our freedoms in congress, but the surveillance state is constantly trying to get more power. The latest proposed amendment to FISA is a massive expansion of domestic surveillance, including giving them the ability to demand access to wifi routers from ordinary businesses.

Contact your representatives today and urge them to vote NO on Amendment 1 !!!

Fisa 703 is a provision to monitor foreign activity.

It still requires a court order, aka, a warrant.

It is lawful and controlled. It is necessary for our national security.

I think it's Cheeto flavored.

FISA needs to go. Completely.

Do you *really* think they get warrants from anything other than the most compliant (corrupt) judges?

Without either of us having the clearance or the need to know, I do believe those orders are justified. I also believe you have zero proof they aren't.

Domestic surveilance requires a lot more evidence, but again, I don't have the clearance to know what the judges base their decisions on.

My guess is like all judges, some are stricter than others. But the judges aren't the process or even the issue; espionage and terrorism is.
