Can we talk about polls?

Who is sampled in these polls the media keeps reciting? I just cannot see how these “polls” are breaking for trump. It’s just BS if you ask me but I’m not a pollster.

Kamala isn't even the nominee yet.

But Biden was falling behind Trump and Democrats had internal polling that was even worse than the public polling.

whatever media is using them as a source wants to say.

Donald Trump has been doing nothing but setting up his candidacy for the past four years. He's bought and paid for everything he needs, including the chairmanship of the party. Nate Silver pointed to the fact that there have been a flood of polls inserted into composites in recent years for the purpose of altering the results and the odds, and it has made them increasingly inacurrate, with wider margins of error and less reliablility.

We were talking about Russian bots and interference before 2016 and then that was proven true. We've taken steps in this country to protect our election electronics from being hacked. Have polls done the same?

It's often included as a link in articles about the polls or available on the website of the company doing the polling.

Most people don't bother, because it's easier to just complain about them all being equally invalid.
