So, does the definition of insanity include debating and/or interviewing Trump and expecting anything different apply?

He insults, avoids direct answers, lies and offers arrogant word salad. In general, fact checks are minimal. The gas bag just never shuts up and refuses to abide by anyone's rules other than his. Why the hell are "journalists" not being more insistant on the truth? That interview today was somewhat disappointing, but no more so than most. It's been that way since the 2016 Republican debates.
I may not be the brightest bulb on the tree but the formula this guy uses seems to continue to work well past what it's shelf life should be in a free country with a functioning free press.
Sorry, just venting.

I don’t think it’s a guaranteed slam dunk for Harris, it carries a lot of risk.

My 27 year old son is already messaging me about how ridiculous it is to say the words “she thinks she’s black now”.

For the younger generation? We will see about how it plays out. But lots and lots of material there.

Not to mention the juvenile grabbing the water bottle thing. Weird.
