While I would like to see an arms embargo for every country, I don't see this as likely to happen, especially with Israel. Thoughts?

is supplying weapons to Hamas, Hezbollah and the PLO.

US aid cash and subsidies are easily turned into weapons for all of those groups. UNRWA, for example, is a prime conduit.
