Trump has insulated his campaign with yes men. Do you really believe Laura Loomer is telling him he's losing? Of course not. It's the exact opposite. He's being told he's winning, maybe even by wide margin and why he's double-downing on the same crazy talking points.

In fact, I don't take the rhetoric to mean he's panicking. I take it to mean he's isolating himself more and more with the incendiary people he's associated with the most.

If you'll recall, back in August, the campaign brought back Corey Lewandowski. It's not a surprise that's when he really started ramping up the real crazy talk (as opposed to just the usual talk about sharks and batteries).

Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita are being pinched out and Trump is leaning more on the loons - not because he's losing but because he believes these weirdos will actually help him win.

And none will tell him that he's losing.

Not Loomer. Not Lewandowski. And the ones who possibly would, like Wiles, have been iced out in favor of the loons.

It's why you'll read one story about how Trump's campaign wants him to stay on message ... then another story about how he can't.
