that JD Vance's most deeply held conviction is his absolute hatred of women.

TCFSF spends his time thinking about himself. Hating women is a pastime, he does it, but it's not the driving force within him the way it is for Vance.

I think they care in that they HATE women so much that they can’t even hide it.
