Just heard DeWine (governor of Ohio) claim bomb threats in Springfield were coming from overseas

But, the goof ball wouldn't say where from exactly. Has anyone heard about this, and does anyone have more information?

The righties on talk radio aren't saying where the calls are coming from either, but they're trying to use this as a lame excuse for Trump not being responsible for the threats. My guess would be Russia, but then that would mean more proof that Russia is involved in creating chaos in America and republicans don't ever want to admit that.
