Apparently, there was a teacher who put a bucket of kitty litter into her closet as part of her "school shooter lockdown" preparations. If one of her little guys needed to go during a lockdown, there would be a place for them to do it.

My sister, a teacher, says teachers in younger grades keep scented kitty litter in their closets because small children pee, poop and puke (she calls it the 3 Ps) accidentally in the class room. Vomit elicits more vomiting and it can get pretty bad. Scented kitty litter works like a charm to quickly mitigate the mess.
