Wow @ Lawrence O'Donnell - I have never seen him this emotional. He is more than angry about Amber Thurman's death

Her 6 year old son left behind. He told the story of his own mother needing a D&C when he was 6 years old. He feels this to his core.

blame the victim as usual. She found out she was pregnant with twins and knew she couldn't handle that. She used medication abortion, which caused an incomplete abortion. The heartless GOP will blame her.

Nicole Wallace explained it on Deadline White House. The clinic couldn't get Amber in after she missed her appointment because the clinic was so swamped with women from abortion ban states rushing there for abortions. So Amber did the medication abortion at home. I imagine with twins, it was a lot to expel with medication, probably was not the best idea, but she had no other way to get the abortion.

I thought the travel difficulties story was the second victim, but now I realize all of the story was about Amber.
GOP will still try to blame her.

These bans on abortion and routine procedures in ob-gyn care, are deliberate, cruel and misogynist assaults on women. It's an outrage. It makes me so mad I can't see straight. Those responsible for these laws against women are criminals.

Where were all the right to lifers when this 28 year old mom of a 6 year old son was lying on an operating table dying? Effen Hypocrites. ALL OF THEM. New name is right to die. If the catholic doctor treating my mother in law when she was miscarrying my husbands unborn sibling had his way she would haved died as well and he would have been a 6 year old without a mother. Fortunately, my father in laws mother told him if he didn't get her to another doctor she was going to bleed to death.

I had an uneventful abortion when I was eighteen but even medically uneventful was sad and relieving and sobering. I was so fortunate. We cannot go back.

Has anyone ever sued the government for allowing the undemocratic Electoral College system to tip the scale by creating massive inequality among voters and states?

How about "one person, one equal vote"--no matter where you live?
