I'm afraid I have to disagree because I was in that world, and we address these situations: "women bleeding out in their cars." I was there, and we did better than today's solutions or lack of acceptable solutions. Political solutions are unacceptable regarding women's OB-GYN healthcare.

Eons of natural selection brought women to a set of acceptable options for their generation. This happened without the heavy hand of politicians and religions forcing their solutions on every woman in this country.
