should be reframed.
Instead of focusing on abortion, which we know many magats are against and rant against, maybe the whole thing should be reframed as "should the government have any say in what people do with their own bodies" or something similar.
That way the issue applies to both men and women and might get some male idiots to ask whether they want that to happen to them.
IOW, don't talk about abortion, talk about people's rights to their own bodies.

(6,645 posts)but it's mostly perceived as applying to abortion, i.e., women. Men haven't had to defend their rights to their bodies.
Maybe it's time to go there.

That's my whole point: steer around the sex, abortion, murder, and religuous angles and make it more generic.
