(10,499 posts)Why hasn't he and all the other atrocious, degenerate Trumphumper lawyers been disbarred...Everywhere in the entire nation, instead of just DC /??????????????????
Through my many years, I have noticed countless corrupt lawyers AND gross malpractice doctors, only banned from one state, and then they simply move to a different state............

(23,228 posts)New York and D.C. He is not a member of any other state bar association.
One cannot be kicked out if they are not a member.
Jeez.
It's good to see Bar Associations throwing out the trash. Wish they were in charge of throwing out the trash on the Supreme Court.

Or the grim reaper.

(17,409 posts)The Constitution requires a two-thirds vote of the Senate to convict, and the penalty for an impeached official upon conviction is removal from office. In some cases, the Senate has also disqualified such officials from holding public offices in the future. There is no appeal.

(68,884 posts)Whats a guy got to do to get disbarred in that town?
ShazzieB
(19,136 posts)At least that's what I've observed. No idea what goes into it or why.
Take John Eastman, for example. According to his Wikipedia article, "he has been criminally indicted, ordered inactive by the State Bar of California, and recommended for disbarment. Eastman has lost eligibility to practice law in California state courts, pending his appeal of the state bar judge's ruling that recommended him for disbarment." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Eastman
I'm sure he'll be disbarred at some point, like Rudy. It just takes forfuckingever!
