However not all these things are financed by federal taxes. Some like garbage collection, public libraries, street lighting, etc. are financed by state and local taxes. Chump would have no way to cancel those services, even if he tried.
Luckily for all of us, Chump will never get back in the White House, and Project 2025 will never be implemented.
