...alone, to a large, crowded, noisy, and very active, hours-long event was a good idea in the first place.

Glad everyone around her and the baby were so concerned! And Yes! Glad she finally did make a better choice and just leave!

decide not to go if they have to stand a long time in line and then some of the rallies don't have seats. So glad there are those that can take the long lines.

...who are up to such an arduous day.

But I don't know if a single parent with an 8 month old child and their equipment and needs, fit that profile.

an 8 month old than a 2-12 year old. Most times. Sure you have to change a poopy diaper sometimes, but unless they're a crier, most everyone is happy to see a baby. Though i don't go to large to-dos anymore in these days of super spreader events.
