Philly is one of my favorite cities. I spent a week there a couple of summers back with a group helping local service agencies with building repairs. I worked at an agency renovating an apartment building to house battered women. Sometimes,, those places have a lot of deferred maintenance, and in this case, they'd been given a gift to upgrade and renovate the appearance along with water lines and electric rewiring. After the first day, word got out in the neighborhood what we were doing and we had people bringing us food, drink, and coming to help do a lot of the dirty work. It was amazing.

My guess is that the margin of victory in Pennsylvania for Harris will come from the city of Philadelphia.
