1. I've had Propofol 2-3 times in my life - nothing makes you sleep better than that stuff.

I suspect you'd need an anesthetist to dose you but that might be worth the search this week.

5. And it makes you forget you were ever there. We gave patients Propofol for some pretty painful procedures.

After the exam and they were coming out of it (it's a light hypnotic/Anesthetic) many times the patient would ask when are we "going to start"!!!. No recall of the pain or discomfort. My kind of drug.
It comes in a white liquid and we called it "milk of amnesia".. Dark hospital humor...

Ketamine is fairly safe, it's a frontline drug for sedating people during trauma or severe psychotic episodes. As a benefit, it's a dissociative, so you lose touch with reality!

On top of that it's proven to have a very strong effect against depression, so if the worst happens…

On edit, I should source.

As a sedative: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK470357/
Immediate antidepressant effects: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6767816/

Taking a high dose of an anesthetic while in a pool is just an elaborate suicide.

The coroner's report noted he had an extraordinarily high level of K in his system, plus his heart condition exacerbated it, not to mention the drowning when his unconscious ass slid underwater. Really, not much different than drinking too much and drowning in your own puke.

Fact is, it's a common and safe drug when used properly.
