20 Republican Senate seats are up for re-election in 26

Not sure how many we can successfully flip but it will be our first opportunity to stop some of the pain.

I don't know. I can't just concede everything and not even try.

I don't see us winning any Senate seats in red states for the foreseeable future. The Senate is going to be difficult to win back for a while.

John Adams Signed a Law to Authorize Deportations and Jail Critics

The 1798 Alien and Sedition Acts called for deportation of people from 'hostile' nations and made it a crime to criticize the government.

This fascist motherfucker fully intends to invoke the Alien Insurrection Act of 1798.

The “Naturalization Act” raised the residency requirement for U.S. citizenship from 5 years to 14 years

The “Alien Friends Act” empowered the president to deport any non-citizen suspected of “treasonable or secret machinations against the government”

The “Alien Enemies Act” said that in time of war, the president had the power to deport all “natives, citizens, denizens, or subjects of the hostile nation”

The “Sedition Act” made it a federal crime to publish or utter “false, scandalous and malicious… writings against the government of the United States… or to aid, encourage or abet any hostile designs of any foreign nation against the United States.”

Just criticizing the government under this act is enough to deport you or stick you in a Federal Penitentiary until the fascists are done with you.

There are other statutes and laws and well as executive actions that he's likely to take...

Which is why I say...
If we get to vote...
