Considering Trump's promises and the fact they voted for that, there is not doubt they hate ME.

They hate all the women in my family of child bearing age.
They hate my friends who are not straight, white, evangelical christian.
They want me dead for badmouthing Trump.

So if anyone ever wants to know why I've severed ties with MAGA people I know personally, it is because I know they hate me and mine. I have better options than to spend time with someone who hates me.

6. It's official

As best I can control it, there will be no MAGAs in my life, including relatives. We don't have anything in common and I would be expected to be nice about their racism, bigoty, misogyny, and the demise of Ukraine, Tawain, and possibly Poland. I will never be a "good German." Who needs it - let them wallow in their own filth.

I've already begun the removal process, and it will continue for some months to come.

I have nothing to say to them, and they have absolutely nothing to say that would ever be of interest to me.

I am not going to spend another minute of my limited remaining time on earth in their company - relatives, friends, acquaintances - whatever the connection or occasion.
