Kamala Harris conceded to a smooth transition and to the rule of law.

She did not concede to lawlessness or to do whatever you want.

A person without character cannot be trusted. Donald Trump is a vulgarian.

It may not matter to a majority of Americans that he threatened our elected representatives and tried to overturn an election on January 6th of 2021. Still, it happened. The majority is not always right and that was one of those times.

The people elected to our Congress have a sworn duty to uphold our Constitution. That does not mean they get to overlook whatever part Donald Trump does not agree with, such as the emoluments clause. No one in government should be in business in another country, especially with our adversaries . The rule of law must be adhered to.

Now, more than ever, we must hold our Congressmen and elected leaders to their oaths. The Constitution is still valid. If it is not, then tell us now, so we can prepare.

They’re going to proceed eroding the Constitution, but only the parts they don’t like.

They cannot allow them to ignore our Constitution and break the laws on a whim. Just because Democrats lost the election does not mean they are wrong.

We’ve spent 8 years doing that, and the voters are fine with the opposite. And regardless of what we do now, I assure you it’s going to get worse, because they are way past emboldened.

They knew he was breaking the emoluments clause from the very beginning and they did nothing. As if it was part of the Constitution that didn't mean anything. In hindsight, I guess it didn't?

If they could eliminate the other pesky ones, they would. So instead, they’ll simply ignore them when possible.
