(18,883 posts)As is the case in the rest of the developed world, Canada is saturated with anti-incumbent fever.
We had an election in BC a few weeks ago, and the NDP barely clung to power- after the Liberal party withdrew all its candidates from the election, the BC conservatives surged to within 2 seats of winning a majority.
Unless something changes dramatically, PP will be the next prime minister after the 2025 elections- Conservatives have a double digit lead over the Liberals right now.
Anti-vax climate change deniers who blame immigrants for housing unaffordability- whats not to like?
