VP Harris

For everyone pissing on the Vice President's performance in this election or saying "people won't vote for a women" she currently sits at over 70 million votes and still counting. The 2nd most of any Democratic Party presidential candidate in history. Second only to her boss.

I still feel she had way more votes but there are shenanigans at play.

She was one of the best candidates ever! We needed her warmth and courage. Instead we have to look at his ugly mug again. His voice sounds like nails on a chalkboard. Cheating asses.

If she’d had 18-24 months instead of 100 days, who knows?

There are larger systemic issues at play beyond the scope of the VP’s campaign.

Imbalance in media/social media access and exposure, for starters.

4. If she had more time, she would have pulled it off. It's historic what she did in 3 months. I am so proud of her

It wasn't our candidate or her messaging.

5. Kamala was superlative as a candidate

I agree with those who believe RW media was the #1 reason so many people didn't have a clue how awful Trump and his policies were and how disastrous his first presidency was.

They constantly downplayed anything negative about Trump (if they acknowledged anything about it at all). The Mueller investigation? A big nothing-burger. The Barr-concocted overview was sold hook-line-and sinker to them.

Why did they not know about the economic benefits that had come about during the Biden administration? It was constantly framed in negative terms – including on the legacy media.

Not one thing was wrong with the campaign she ran. She was boxed in by being the sitting VP from setting a contrast between Biden and her own policy plans.

Our wealthy people could really help democracy if they realize our side needs them to buy a major media conglomerate and we need to hone our messaging consistence so we can be pithy and on message.

It’s bad enough when MAGAts attack her but so much worse when people from our own party do.

All I see are people saying she was a great candidate which she is.

11. VP Harris stepped up when called on.

She fought a tireless fight against a soulless liar. She fought against a VP candidate financed by an unethical billionaire. All of the votes aren’t even counted yet. I can not believe this discussion out here. I’m so old I remember that this kind of talk against the Democratic candidate would get people banned for a very long time. Pelosi and her sidekicks need to step aside. She should have done it years ago.

And she's a kick-ass candidate.

But if she was a straight middle-aged, white, protestant man with half her qualifications, she'd be President right now.

This is what our country is. We have been taught this lesson twice now. We need to learn it.
