Despite losing the presidential race in NC, Democrats won the following races:...........H

Article says Harris lost by 3 pts in NC.
Just seems odd to vote for all these Dems--but then vote felon Trump at the top of the ticket
Just odd to me.

Despite losing the presidential race in NC, Democrats won the following races:

- Governor (+15)
- Lt. Governor (+2)
- Attorney Gen. (+3)
- Sec. of State (+2)
- Sup. of Public Instruction (+2)
- NC-01 (+2)
- Broke the GOP’s legislative supermajority

the last week working with both the Orange County and Wake County Des. I know it's a blue area, but we had over whelming affirmation of a Dem vote. I suspect cheating

How much did orange thug win by back in 2020?

Three points is tight for a southern state. I really wish she took the state, but heading in a nice direction.

Still smells fishy to me.

The Republicans gerrymandered him out of his house seat. He was pretty chapped about it. As AG maybe he can make them squirm.

And I know fishy. Back in the day when high schoolers would cruise through town, in the city I grew up in had a big Fish Market at one end of town. The city and close to city schools would take all the primo spots between cruising runs . My school was from way out in Dairy Cow country, lots of us had shit on our boots. We were only left with the fish market as our spot. The Weekend leftover fish guts had a scent.
And late at night after Shlitz beers, way before quality brewing was a thing, even Coors was not yet our way, and Mad Dog 2020, that scent created some regurgitation among us.
But this NC election smells more rotten than the worst of fish cruising nights when guys were there until Sunday night, left out since Friday afternoon.
Repubs had full control of everything voting wise during this election. But at least we may have a buffer of some sort like Newsom has promised his constituents. I am sorry about the preface here. Tried to through a little humor in during all this hell upon us.
All we may have left is reminiscing about our “Glory Days” to carry us to our end date.
