Could Congress pass a law requiring the incoming Pres-elect to take a physical exam monitored by ...

... the CURRENT WH physician, or the Surgeon General, or one chosen by agreement between WH and Congress, w/the inauguration ceremony scheduled for no less than a week following the exam, contingent on the completion thereof ??

I doubt it could get past the Senate even now, but at least we could raise a stink about the fact that tsf hasn't disclosed ANY significant info about himself or his finances. Quixotic, maybe, but perhaps better than nothing.

tfg lies about everything, no matter how important, or how trivial. We need to keep bringing that up.

If the president was legitimately elected per the Constitution he can't be gotten rid of; if Congress did pass a law like that (and this Congress surely would not) it would be declared unconstitutional before the ink dried.

Without a new constitutional amendment.
