The re-election of Donald Trump—a court-described rapist who famously said he could do anything he wants to women, including “grab ‘em by the pussy”—to the White House is having immediate ramifications for gender relations across the country, with young boys and men alike weaponizing the misogynistic rhetoric of the country’s soon-to-be 47th president against their female counterparts.

It is super basic and hard to teach because just about every move is intended to end the interaction. But still it is good for saving yourself from an attack by a hostile person. It's very hard to train in it, because there's not a safe way to practice against someone.
It also takes some mental conditioning because some people might be resistant to intentionally breaking a joint or gouging an eye. It requires burying one's conscience and taking a "him or me" mindset.
Not that easy for some.
Also difficult is that many of those moves require letting the opponent get close, which is counterintuitive.
