I felt like my life was finally turning for the better
after years of severe depression
I was feeling things I thought I'd never feel again
and I felt something I never thought was even possible
and then this happened
I recalled one of my sweetest memories
but now it was haunted
I despaired about it for a couple days
then I got angry
that jerk asshole (stream of additional expletives and insults)
will not turn my memories against me
I have all too few sweet memories
and I'm taking this one back
and I got it back
by getting angry
