They use decisiondesk for the calls. The rest of the calls are purely mine based on the regional vote count data the nytimes has provided. Harder and Costa were never expected to lose anyways and are ahead with mostly Dem votes to count. It's a safe call.

I'm very close to calling AZ6 for Rs now since the votes from the Tuscon Suburbs are not likely to compete with the rurals left there...
