Rick Scott defrauded Medicare and Medicaid and he’s being championed by the worst people to be Senate Majority Leader so he can oversee cutting both programs.

Super-wealthy criminals always fail up.

Rick Scott wants to own his catch, doesn't want any other Billionaire to profit off what he made his profits off.
That's his Medicare Money. Not anyone else's.
Certainly not the taxpayer's.
