Apparently there were many under votes where the ballots were left blank for every other race but the POTUS All favoring
Trump. I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I do trust John Pavlovitz

"If the Democrats dont initiate a recount for the swing states and bring an investigation into Elon Musks involvement in the Trump campaign, they are willfully ceding our nation to fascism in the face of results across 7 states that defy any precedent or reasonable explanation.
We all deserve a #SwingStateHandRecount."

(28,834 posts)Most states require that proof of fraud or a mistake large enough to swing the race be provided.
Just saying "that doesn't look right" isn't going to cut it. We need proof of a fraud or mistake large enough to overcome the deficit in votes before we can even file for a recount in many states.
If the campaign had proof, they would already be filing for recounts.
If Pavlovitz has proof, he should provide it to the campaign. My guess is that he has nothing.

If Pavlovitz has proof, he should provide it to the campaign. The bar to get a recount is very high and "this ain't right" isn't going to cut it.
I think I am in such a state of denial. When I saw this on FB I came over here to look for more info.

(1,823 posts)It's why the Democrats actually lost House seats in 2020 despite Biden winning the popular vote by nearly 5%.
In fact, this exact argument was used by Trump's team in 2020 as proof of voter fraud.
It's kinda wild how much of the arguments we're seeing right now are regurgitated right-wing attacks from four years ago about how Biden stole the election.
