Well, this has to be considered in light of this attack on the impartiality of the courts on top of the corruption of the Supreme Court. So I’m not asking, it should be used whenever you get the chance. It’s cool to nullify conservative laws.

They will do every underhanded scheme possible to increase and extend their power. That is why they have been packing the courts for decades now. They are playing the Long Game, always have.

6. there are 47 federal court vacancies at the moment. Only 17 have pending nominations.

Small silver lining: only two of the vacancies are for appeals court seats and there are pending nominations for both. However, there are other seats that might become vacant before Biden's term ends, or shortly afterwards.

that great at predictions, but were I a betting man, I would bet that at the very least, Thomas will retire under Trumps watch so that seat can be cemented for them for another 3 decades. i wouldn't put it past them at all.
