(36,258 posts)Well, this has to be considered in light of this attack on the impartiality of the courts on top of the corruption of the Supreme Court. So Im not asking, it should be used whenever you get the chance. Its cool to nullify conservative laws.

They will do every underhanded scheme possible to increase and extend their power. That is why they have been packing the courts for decades now. They are playing the Long Game, always have.

(44,874 posts)Small silver lining: only two of the vacancies are for appeals court seats and there are pending nominations for both. However, there are other seats that might become vacant before Biden's term ends, or shortly afterwards.

(2,463 posts)that great at predictions, but were I a betting man, I would bet that at the very least, Thomas will retire under Trumps watch so that seat can be cemented for them for another 3 decades. i wouldn't put it past them at all.
