who that is, I have no idea. Rubio was set to be a lifer, so a change gives us a modicum of hope.

I dont like appointing Senators for the most crucial cabinet positions, tho. Rather, put them agencies like Interior, Energy, Education, Commerce or Transportation. That way, if they f up, it doesnt matter as much.
