Republican Have Tough Math in the House

“House Republicans on the verge of clinching a majority in the next Congress are already taking a victory lap, but their expected slim margin and unruly nature could undercut their efforts to pass President-elect Donald Trump’s agenda,” the Wall Street Journal reports.

“While votes are still being counted in some races, the focus is turning to House Republican leaders, still bruised from infighting that led to the ouster of the GOP speaker and embarrassing failed votes. Those squabbles were exacerbated by the party’s historically small majority, currently at 220 to 212 with three vacancies, and leaders now need to wrangle a similarly tiny advantage next year.”

1. No, they don't. They control the inquiries into the Trump administration. They will allow everything.

into line immediately. Even for Republicans who oppose the most dangerous bills, the risks of not going along with the program will simply be too great.

Voters are beyond stupid in this country.

Of all presidents, he gets his party as lead in both wings? Does God hate America?

The majority looks to be identical to two years ago (and ironically identical to what Pelosi led two years before that)

But the handful of rebels had far more power when Democrats controlled the Senate and White House because they were blocking compromises with the other side. Now it will be Trump’s agenda and a supportive senate. Recalcitrant nutjobs won’t be blocking Maga proposals… any risk to the majority will have to come from moderates.

They’ve been preparing for this for years, they knew they were going to win.

The walls are going to crash down fast.
