Mandamus
We don't see this used a lot, but as departments of the executive abuse our laws or fail to enforce our laws, I hope state attorneys general, the national lawyers guild, the aclu, and any other organizations with the wherewithal, seek writs of mandamus in the DC circuit and other circuits that remain dedicated to the rule law.
The big problem is actually staying on top of the multitudinous abuses and failures we'll be seeing.
