Here is Kash Patel, in line to possibly be Trump’s FBI director, on his plans to prosecute journalists who accurately reported on the outcome of the 2020 election.

They haven't figured out that Trumps base hate brown people and they hate India. They don't care if the words coming out of their mouth match up. Dudes from India and is a practicing Hindu. Under secretary or assistant secretary, he can hide out. But as the poster boy for the agency? He'll last a year wherever they throw him. Remember when Bobby Jindal gave the Republican response to the State of the Union one year? He strolled out and you could hear Chris Matthews on a hot mike say "ohhh gawd..."

Because getting rid of the competent people at various agencies, including the FBI seems like an invitation for terrorists.

journalists being imprisoned. Once again, they have no evidence of any conspiracy, so the orange monster would have to jail them by decree. They are all beating their chests right now, but in the end they will have to ignore law and order to complete this task.

Oh and by the way, my reply to a few magats so far has been "So he wants to put journalists in prison? So he wants to put his political enemies in prison? So he wants to put anyone he doesn't like in prison and you're ok with that? Let me ask you a question, what if he decides he doesn't like you?"
