One thing that keeps me going

And hoping are historical events. Mussolini and Ceacescu (sp?) got exactly what they deserved. By the people. Can something like that happen here? I believe it can. People in this country have never known oppression and tyrants and could turn on him. Just something i have been thinking about. Yeah, deep and dark. I know. But thats how I've been feeling lately.

1. In my opinion, no one should be rooting for extra-judicial executions and kangaroo courts

in the US.

I am fine with seeing Trump behind bars one day, but hanging from a lamppost comes with a whole lot of innocents suffering as collateral damage.

We need to be closing ranks around our institutions, in my opinion.

Not spewing hate at our country and fantasizing about murder.

In my opinion.

and we have to figure out how to hang on and try to push back until whatever happens, happens. I am hoping that the rank incompetence of these dipwads does them in. Trump hires people for their loyalty, not their skills or experience. Eventually they will turn on each other, since despite their ideological motivations they can't keep their jobs unless they are absolutely loyal to Dear Leader - and if any of them questions him or disagrees with him on any point, even if furthering their right-wing goals, he'll sack them on the spot. Trump's intentional chaos - he finds it amusing to keep his staff competing with each other - will keep them on unsteady ground and having to cut each other's throats to stay in the inner circle. As people quit or get fired the West Wing's revolving door will be spinning constantly and nothing will get done because they suck at their jobs and they'll spend most of their time currying favor and backstabbing. Eventually the whole mess will collapse, but in the meantime all manner of fuckery will be taking place and we have to be ready for it.

Hating what many Repuglicans will try to do doesn't mean they're not competent enough to do serious damage to the safety net SSA, Medicare, Medicaid that a fair amount of people totally rely on.

Plus other safety issues regulated like FDA, OHSA, NOAA etc They're "gunning for those m". Will enough Republicans have some common sense? Some of their families, and friends will be affected, too

that will be caught in hate net of Stephen Miller and Homan and separating families will increase vigilante groups to seek pay back. Those people like Stephen Miller, Homan and anyone who is inflicting so much pain that is about to fall on people will be living in their own hell having increase security detail and erecting walls to keep their homes safe. Walls are meant to come down.
