- No felony convictions
- No rapes
- No theft of classified documents
- No incidents of denigrating service members who were injured or died in the line of duty
- No absences of official duties because it was raining
- No more than one bankruptcy
- No perpetration of policies based on racism or sexism
- No failure of a lie detector test
Said commission is being set up at the behest of a man whose father paid for a false medical report so said man would not have to serve his country in military uniform, where one might learn of loyalty, integrity, leadership, service history and allegiance to our constitution.
Who could disagree?
