Once again, the Right creates the problem AND spreads misinformation to curry support.

In a nutshell, she and others, skip over homes that are openly hostile to them. If a street has a number of houses that have shown hostility to FEMA workers, it will be skipped. The owner can also keep them away by painting their trees purple.

I hope she counter sues.
