Democrats: STOP playing by Marquess of Queenberry rules!

Now is the time to act! Senator Durbin et al are deluded to think they have partners that they can work with. Get some cajones, become radical and get things done before the end of the year!

Just fight back. I very much disagree that anything could EVER make us and people who support democracy "no better" than those who are destroying it.

I strongly disagree with you. We're not in normal times, nor are we dealing with normal repukes.

We're dealing with opponents who have no qualms about cheating to get their own way. "Lowering ourselves" is the only way to deal with sociopathic bullies. We have no choice but to hit the bullies back.

in a gulag somewhere. It's time to go find FDR and LBJ's political brass knuckles, dust them off, and start using them. We didn't use to be this way. In my mind, the kumbaya wing needs to step aside and let patriots do what needs to be done.

I have been screaming about this for decades. We have got to stop being hindered by a set of rules that our opposition discarded years and years ago. Our freedoms and our very lives are at stake, now. Let's play dirty and re-take our country---read up on the history of Germany in the 1930's if you need a refresher on what the alternative is---because that's exactly where we are, now.

And more.

But we “don’t want to be like them” and “we’d rather lose than cheat”.

And look where that’s gotten us. With necks about to be firmly under boot.

Bullshit!!! Sorry, Dick, but no. When they go low, we bury the mother fuckers! This is the kind of rhetoric and leadership we need. Got to get the mojo back. It's ours. Not there's. We use to be damn good at it. We need to be good at it again.

are faced with a maga cult opponent using street fighting tactics where everything and anything goes prefer to fight a battle using Marquess of Queensbury rules as long as they look righteous and noble doing it even if they lose our democracy in the process.
This has to make Trump and his minions laugh at what fools these Democrats are.

To sum up what I said, we need a Joseph Welch-Joe McCarthy moment. "Have you no sense of DECENCY, sir?" Not just one of those moments, but lots of them.

Not 1 Senate dem could bring themselves to co-sponsor the Congressional Black Caucus's challenge to the fraudulent Florida 2000 vote count. Then DNC chair Ed Rendell publicly urged Al Gore to give up his fight to have the uncounted Florida votes counted. This summer, the dem elites chased Biden out of the 2024 race by disenfranchising 14 million dem party primary voters. Joy Reid showed a poll yesterday that showed that 68% of Americans have given up on democracy. No kidding. People are tired of watching their votes get thrown out. The dems claim to be the party that supports voting rights but when voting rights were really on the line, they hid like cowards. I'm sorry this is such a tough post but now is the time to face this ugly reality and these ugly truths.

As a former boxer, and then trainer, I agree. I never purposely fouled an opponent as a rule. But if they purposely fouled me, they were in for a brutal surprise. I knew exactly how to inflict painful injuries with fouls.
