(147,593 posts)All are offensive and bigoted. Some of them are racist, sexist, homophobic, or ableist. All uses of all of them should be scorned and called out. While that woman has the freedom of speech, she does not have the freedom from sharp criticism she seems to think she has.

(72 posts)Fox News and social media have convinced some people that they should be immune from criticism when being loud mouthed idiots.
That tirade (which was classic projection) is very much about wanting the freedom to bully others, especially those who cant defend themselves.
People like that are an occupational hazard of public meetings. The consequences for the crank include being cut off and being shown the door. Thats how free speech works for adults.
