when the GOP enacts a nation-wide abortion ban with no exceptions, and the women of this country who voted for him or didn't turn out to vote for Harris say "you promised you wouldn't sign an abortion ban", and Trump says "you knew I was a snake when you first picked me up".

I do think Trump has dementia, is a narcissist, is a sadist, but even with diminishing mental faculties he is crafty.

I think he told the story of the woman and the snake, and the story of the Scorpion and the Frog to troll his supporters. I agree with you that he is both the Scorpion and the snake. We didn't vote for him. The "woman" who took him in was his supporters. He's making fun of them.
