1) I want to believe but I've learned over the years to be skeptical. At this point do we know if this guy is even a real person and do we know if the numbers he talks about are real? Has there been a followup? Before I start telling my friends about this I need to feel relatively confident it's not fake.

2) he referenced another letter/warning from another computer security person. Someone should be keeping track of all these and putting them in a central location

3) one thing I'm missing about the "bullet votes". Is he suggesting they made a list of people who didn't vote and then somehow made real ballots for them and threw them in the pile? Or that they electronically added the fake ballots for the people who didn't vote? Because if it's the first, a hand recount would fail to find a problem.

4) one way to raise eyebrows even more, not sure if this is possible, but if they could look closer at the bullet ballots and see what percentage of them were registered Dems voting bullet for Trump, that would be very interesting.

The lawyers who got disbarred had no evidence. They had a fair date in court and They had due process. If this guy is a real person and he just made it up, he deserves the same fate. If the numbers are real, he deserves objective scrutiny and would not experience what happened to trumps lawyers who were just making up stuff.

The proof is in the pudding. We all have to wait and see if it's bs or real. That's the determining factor of whether or not we should give out time and attention to it.

Spoons claims will be confirmed or disproven. Then we can choose how to proceed. I see no use in tossing all election fraud claims out the window

Furthermore Bev Harris Was not a fraud. She raised a lot of awareness and partjof the reason the elections are more secure today is because of her (and Andy, and many others).

If your point is that Bev was full of crap and did nothing and we should just move on and not even wonder or investigate what happened , well I disagree 10000%.

And the most important lawyer, Marc Elias, the Harris campaign’s lawyer, is focused on the imminent, real-life dangers many vulnerable people in America will soon be facing, not chasing some mythical chimera like a modern day Don Quixote.

If there was something there, Elias would surely be involved, as he has time and time again.

I think based on how he answers things - or if he answers things - should be sufficient enough. There are already a lot of people calling bullshit, but this post picks at him point by point (and heavily implies it's total nonsense while being polite about it). It will be difficult to just elide past all that.

He has been involved in questioning election integrity issues for over 20 years.

Beyond that, I can't answer any of the questions. I've asked about the data hoping to be able to see some actual numbers, rather than just descriptions of what those numbers supposedly showed. To this point I've seen nothing.

I do believe there is potentially something to his claims, though. He lives in Centre County Pennsylvania and there they did find significant vote counting issue. https://www.statecollege.com/articles/elections/centre-county-rescanning-13000-ballots-as-software-issue-delays-election-results/

That said, without being able to see some hard data, it's hard to see this as proving anything. I totally understand the skeptics - I'm one of them.

I wish somebody in a position to do something would publicly address Spoonamore's claims. I mean, if he is just chasing crazy conspiracy theories, then why wouldn't someone in a position of power in the party or campaign just come out with a statement saying why he is wrong?

I know some people on the left are angry that people are spreading this because they believe it might be true. They say it makes us look as bad as the right in believing unfounded conspiracy theories. But that perception could be cleared up if somebody in power would effectively debunk it. That should be easy to do, if there is nothing to Spoonamore's theories. So why isn't that happening?

14. It's Trump Though🤔

New here to DU & glad to be away from the sh*it-hole sewer-swamp formerly known asTwitter.
I've grown to detest conspiracy theories, but there is no doubt in my mind that Trump & his slaves like MuskRat have been concocting ways to cheat since the 2020 BIG LIE. The problem I have w/ 'Duty to Warn' is that many have already pointed out that Spoon's NC stats are off. However, back in 2017 an R candidate was caught red-handed harvesting mail ballots in a local election in that state, so we already know they cheat & have perfected the art of projection.
Bottom line, we need more supporting evidence b/c there was a lot of funny stuff going on including the many bomb threats, burning of ballot drop-off boxes, & 1000s of voters being purged off the rolls. There was also a story about some voters in Georgia noticing their votes for Harris were changed to Trump as they use a touch screen computer system to vote at polling stations.
All that aside, we need verifiable PROOF before going along w/this bullet ballot narrative. For instance, can we actually FIND folks in any of the swing states who did not vote, but records show a vote for Trump? If that were to happen en masse, then it would lend credence to this conspiracy.

He is a very real person.
He gives interviews and has for over a decade.
"No one has taken this up, therefore it is not true", it took over 2 years for charges to be brought against trump in the stolen document case. This is a non sequitur.
"I have been here for 20 years". This is no more valid than a 20 year custodian of a hospital claiming a long tenure as a medical professional.
"I haven't seen any data". It's public record, you can request it online, by phone, or by written request insome instances"

The only thing more present here than my name sake is the skepting bashing for cool points that runs amok on anonymous message boards.

Trump won because Americans are lazy, entitled, and have a strong disdain for anyone that is successful or educated.
