David Corn: A measles epidemic sure would shake up the status quo. Can't argue with that.

TAPPER: You're a man of faith. Does it matter anymore for Republicans to think of leaders as people who are moral in their personal lives? Is that still important in the GOP?

MIKE JOHNSON: Ah, sure. What I'll say about the nominees the president has put forward is they will shake up the status quo.

Measles exposure during pregnancy can cause serious complications for both the mother and the fetus, including:

Maternal complications
Increased risk of hospitalization, pneumonia, and subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE), a rare but fatal neurodegenerative complication
Fetal complications
Miscarriage, stillbirth, low birth weight, and increased risk of preterm delivery

Measles is a highly contagious disease, and pregnant women are at a higher risk of serious complications. If you suspect you've been exposed to measles, you should call your doctor immediately and get tested. If you're pregnant and exposed, your doctor will likely order a test to collect secretions from your nose and may also suggest a blood test.
To protect yourself against measles, you can: Get vaccinated before getting pregnant, Avoid people who are sick, and Wash your hands with soap and water.
If you're considering pregnancy, you can check your immunization record to see if you've had the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine. If you haven't, you should get vaccinated. It's recommended to get two doses of the MMR vaccine at least four weeks apart, and to avoid pregnancy for 28 days after the second dose.

Impotent ?

Measles in teens and early adulthood can leave a male impotent. Just ask George Washington.

Also, AFTER beating measles, a young person's immunity is weak and PNEUMONIA is a complication that KILLS. People forget the actual dangers of the disease.

a dead kid is better than an autistic one.

Vaccines are safe and don't cause anything other than an immune system response that keeps you safe from disease. Dumb, stupid idiots!

People really need to let that sink in.

They. Don't. Care.

They'll blame the deaths on everything but their actions.
