Trump is well known to be a very long time adderrall and cocaine addict.
In recent times he looks to be on some sort of upper and downer drug cocktail.

Musk has admitted to using a wide variety of drugs on a regular basis.
He never looks sober to me.

Don Jr is always high as a kite and three sheets to the wind.

RFK jr is/was a heroin addict since childhood. He still acts totally like an addict.

Most would agree Steve Bannon is never sober.
Neither is Lindsey Graham.

Boerbert gets so drugged out she has sex in public.
MTG is batshit crazy due to her chronic steroid use.

I could go on and on, but you get the drift.

Other than being beholden to the orange one, why wouldn’t Rs want to expose the freak? From what I understand, his own party can’t stand him. The people should be demanding answers as well. If he were a democrat, I’d want it out, and I’d want him GONE!

They want to make the whole country Jebusland. I just hope they'll be momentarily distracted when VT joins Canada. Or maybe..."what's a couple hundred thousand old hippies anyway. We don't care. Go off and do your own thing." I doubt the later but am still hopeful.

How many newspapers had headlines telling Trump to drop his bid for POTUS after his convictions, on the front page?

They went out of their way to tell Biden to drop out now! ...after the debate weeks later. But no urgency for the felon!

Bizarro world and then some. That is my greatest fear that each new low becomes normalized.

There are no consequences in Congress for doing anything. Find an aide who's leaving in January anyway and just give a copy to the NYT. Oh, wait, we need someone who won't cover for the bad guy.

If this committee report said that Gaetz was innocent and all the accusations were lies, there'd be no hesitation in releasing the report notwithstanding his resignation of his Senate seat. But they (Republicans and especially Trumpers) want to keep it secret. What does that tell you?

It's this country, sliding into fascism. And by the way, his resignation is only from the current Congress; the new Congress takes effect next year, and he can easily come back if he's not confirmed. Back to a more supportive, GOP-controlled Congress that'll do jack about the ethics report. Win, win.

... that allows a convicted felon to even run for president, never mind electing the sonofabitch. And now a pedophile has been nominated by the Gangrenous Boil on the Ass of Humanity to be Attorney General. And Putin isn't even pretending that he didn't put a bloodied finger on the scales, in fact, he's bragging about it, and saying that such a service comes with certain obligations. And he defenestrated a ballet dancer on Saturday for not admiring a man who delights in slaughtering children.

who are really only 22% of the whole nation.

Don't lose perspective and start hating your country. There are evil bad guys who love money and power out there, and they come out when elections come around. But they are not the nation. We're of the 78% who are going to resist their injecting Mammon, the Kremlin, and policies of destruction to the White House and The People's House in Congress.

Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.

Therefore, releasing it would only taint the approval process.

Of course, that's bullshit, but the media will happily rationalize it as "doubts about the integrity of the investigative process," and that'll be the end of it.

He’s brought shame and disgrace down upon all our heads.

But I’m DAMN PROUD that he NEVER got my vote. Not EVER. I never even bothered to watch “The Apprentice” either.

Back in the ‘60s, one of the popular slogans was “Don’t Buy Books by Crooks” - after Watergate and all the excuse books and “I actually didn’t do it” books and a few “I hardly knew the guy” books and the “HE suckered me into it” books that came out. Talk shows and publicists had a field day.
