Ron Filipkowski, re Joe & Mika: If Trump has them that intimidated then they need to retire.

Ron Filipkowski
@RonFilipkowski

If Trump has them that intimidated then they need to retire. And MSNBC hosts piled on CNN earlier this year but their code of silence on this is gross. Have some courage and integrity. Is that too much to ask, or are you just too comfortable?

In fact they would be better if they didn't give such a blatant liar direct access to the public.

I am finished with that show. Just kept it on while doing other things.

Kasie Hunt is on from 6 to 8 on CNN. LATER Jim Acosta is on, but I have been watching Ovation, Midsummer Murderts, Doc Martin and others, all British.

They got into a tit for tat with him which never ends well. So they went negative on him as a person.

But they never really disagreed with the politics, regardless of their guests positions. They kind of just played dumb.

Joe has always seen himself as a potus candidate. He just needs the right opening.

Burying the hatchet is politically smart. He wants to run and needs the party and its voters.

think that they should boldly face any tRUMP blowback w/ their already existing megaphone, their show. Wouldn't they gather more supporters that way? Joe's been in Congress too, would not he get help from there (Congress) too?

Oh well, they've already bowed out, kissed tRUMP's ass. Not much to say now. But to be honest w/ all here, I only have watched their show several times, didn't really go for their format etc.

Why are they on 4 hours every weekday? MSNBC could have "paid programming" for those precious hours, and people would be happier (and better informed) than watching Joe Scarborough.

For some reason MSNBC loves Joe and Mika. Of course, maybe when their ratings keep tanking, MSNBC might start looking for something/someone else for that time slot.

I'll remind everyone that Viktor Orban has been visiting Trump in Florida in the recent past to tutor Trump on the steps to dictatorshi8p. Muzzling a free press was one of the first bullet points.

Now, the L.A. Times, Washington Post, followed by two daily commentators on MSNBC have taken a knee for Trump, before the game has even started.

I'm expecting that it could get much harder to know what is actually happening if this spreads.

From their whatever’s and specifically both of their souls.
Kind of reminds me of Trumps publicity stunt dinner with Mitt Romney back in 2016.

. . . who are now coming out of the woodwork make me wonder why I spent a year in a place called Vietnam, humping a 50 pound rucksack, another 10 pounds of shit strapped on me, M16 in my hand, digging a little hole in which to take a shit, putting young men in body bags . . . WTF was it for?

My daughter has put her DC townhouse on the market and is headed for Great Britain. Maybe I should follow her.

I don’t watch TV during the day. But if they have publicly capitulated to Trump, where do they expect their audience to come from?

MAGAts won’t watch. Dems will tune out in disgust.

Trump will do whatever he would have done before the meeting, so they didn’t do themselves any favors there.

Who do they think their audience is?
