So, now we know the long game of privatizing government.

Cronies get government agencies for pennies on the dollar, and/or get supplemented with taxpayer dollars. Then, when their CEOs become a billionaire, they use their money to control a weakened government.

People will use it with a yeah of course kind of shrug, and go about their business.

That's the next stage and one that's hard to recover from.

The people around him, using him - the Steve Bannons, Stephen Millers, the amoral opportunists in Boardrooms and right wing foundations - they have an operational understanding of that. Just have to hope they are not as smart as they think they are.
